CAHYUNI NOVIA, M.P. Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Apple chips SMEs in Malang Raya play an important role in national economic growth. The present study was aimed to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities with threats, and determine the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of apple chips SMEs in Malang Raya. The research location was in Malang Raya area consists of Malang Regency, Malang City, and Batu City. Data collection was obtained from thirty-one respondents who were owners of apple chips SMEs in Malang Raya. The data analysis technique used in this study was a SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the house model concept to determine the strategy to increase the competitiveness of apple chip SMEs in Malang Raya. The SWOT analysis showed that the business position of the apple chip SMEs are in the strength-opportunity strategy quadrant which includes, improving the quality of the apple chips, adding variations of apple chips products, extending the validity period of the home industry production permit and halal certificate if it has expired, as well as increasing the number of apple chips production. The results of the main performance index weigh for the pillar positions of the house model on the strategy of increasing competitiveness for product variables at 0.726, human resource improvement variables at 0.198, and marketing institutional variables at 0.076.

CAHYUNI NOVIA, M.P. Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Improved performance of apple chip SMEs in Malang Raya is strongly influenced by groups based on the product life cycle classification. The purpose of this study was to classify apple chip SMEs based on the results of the classification at the product life cycle stage, determine the prediction of apple chip sales and improve the performance of apple chip SMEs in Malang Raya. The research location was in Malang Raya area which consists of Malang Regency, Malang City, and Batu City. Data collection was obtained from thirty-one respondents who were the owners of apple chips SMEs in Malang Raya. Data analysis for cluster classification used the product life cycle stage and performance improvement using artificial neural networks for prediction of sales production and determination of dominant variables based on Cronbach's alpha and dominant indicators based on corrected item-total correlations. The results showed that stage 1 was 2 SMEs, stage 2 was 16 SMEs, stage 3 was 11 SMEs and stage 2 was SMEs. Improving the performance of apple chip SMEs in Malang Raya through sales predictions in 2019-2023 is more focused on improving innovation through the ability to see the development of consumer tastes and follow the development of technology related to product processing and marketing.

CAHYUNI NOVIA, M.P. Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti M. FADHILUR RAHMAN, M.Kom. Abstrak Kualitas barang, pesaing baru, dan inovasi produk merupakan suatu persaingan yang harus diperhatikan. Persaingan yang terjadi di pasar berdampak pada tidak menentunya permintan dari konsumen, baik konsumen lokal dan konsumen internasional. Persaingan tersebut akan dialami oleh berbagai perusahaan, seperti yang ini terjadi pada perusahaan pemasok manggis di Kecamatan Puspahiang. Perusahaan yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Java Fresh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini 1) untuk mengetahui gambaran supply chain pada komoditas manggis di Java Fresh, 2) mendeskripsikan aliran barang, aliran uang dan aliran informasi pada komoditas manggis di Java Fresh, 3) menganalisis kinerja Supply Chain Management pada komoditas manggis di Java Fresh dan 4) untuk mengetahui alternatif meningkatkan kinerja di Java Fresh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode snowball dan alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah balance scorecard dan lean six sigma. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rantai pasok manggis di Java Fresh telah terintegrasi dengan baik, terkait aliran barang, aliran uang dan aliran informasi. Pelaku yang terlibat dalam jaringan rantai pasok manggis di perusahaan Java Fresh adalah petani manggis, pengepul, jasa pengangkut, pasar ekspor dan pasar lokal. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode balance scorecard, kinerja rantai pasok manggis di Java Fresh berada pada kategori cukup. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dapat melakukan alternatif- alternatif yang telah dibuat berdasarkan metode lean six sigma seperti 1) mendefinisikan hambatan yang ada serta mungkin dihadapi berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja saat melaksanakan proses produksi 2) mendefinisikan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia dalam rantai pasok yang ada di Java Fresh..

CAHYUNI NOVIA, M.P. Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Sumberanyar village has abundant marine products, the majority of the livelihoods of its inhabitants are traditional fishermen. One of the many marine products produced by fishermen in Sumberanyar Village is Thunus thunus with catches reaching 100 tons during the abundant catch season. The price of Thunus thunus when abundant is sold at a very cheap price, which is Rp. 2.000/kg. So far, Sumberanyar villagers use tuna to be sold in fresh (unprocessed) markets, even if the harvest is partly used as animal feed and which is not sold until it is disposed of in garbage because it is rotten. The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is to increase the economic independence of the community of mothers through various processed Thunus thunus into shredded and nuggets. The method is carried out by lecturing and demonstration methods relating to the process of making shredded meat and nuggets starting from handling raw materials, how to use production tools, the process of mixing ingredients, cooking to packaging. The overall results of almost 35 work partner participants can make a variety of processed Thunus thunus well and correctly.
