This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through display data, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge sharing at SMA Nurul Jadid was carried out through; utilize materials, talk space, knowledge sharing culture, benchmarking best practices

In the maintenance and management of human resources, they must receive more attention. A person's performance was influenced by the level of employee education, motivation and work experience. The aim of this artilce was to describe the assessment and measurement of employee performance, the benefits of employee performance appraisal, and the factors that influence the performance of employees of PT MNC Skyvision (INDOVISION). This research was a descriptive analysis, which was done through collecting data, compiling or it’s grouping, and then interpreting the data. The results showed that the provision of incentives had a contribution to change employee attitudes and behavior towards better performance. Employee performance was a very important role and its meaning in the decision making process in the future such as identification of all organizational program needs, program introduction, training, selection, recruitment, placement, reward systems,and promotions.

HASAN BAHARUN, M. Pd Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak This study aims to analyze self-regulated learning in Islamic education amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study incorporates a qualitative approach to understand self-regulated learning at Miftahul Ulum Islamic High School, East Java. The data collection techniques consist of teachers' interviews, teaching and learning observation, and documentation. The results showed that implementing self-regulated learning during the Covid 19 pandemic was carried out online through activities, analysis of learning conditions, determining the learning design, applying strategies, and evaluation. Despite challenges, online self-regulated learning facilitates Miftahul Ulum Islamic School students to participate in learning activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

HASAN BAHARUN, M. Pd Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Intellegence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are not considered as dominant factors in determining a person's success. Another factor that determines a person's success or failure is strong ability to the difficulty of life, this ability is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). Pesantren becomes an institution that strives to build the mental endurance of students with Adversity Quotient (AQ).. The research method used is qualitative research by using a case study approach. This research was conducted at Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results of the study shows that there are efforts to build the mental endurance of santri such as of 1) zone transformation 2) time management 3) systemic organization 4) resolving multicultural conflict 5) unlimited creativity.

This research study about management information systems to improve the competitiveness of universities through e-public relations. This research uses qualitative approach with case study. This research site is Nurul Jadid University, Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. The results showed that, the management information systems to improve the competitiveness of Nurul Jadid University through epublic relations appears on; accelerate reciprocal communication and information, delivery of messages with various techniques and media, providing attraction to customers, saving operational costs, and increased-based community participation

Pd Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak This paper presents the phenomenon that develops in society, related to the existence of religious commodification in business, namely the labeling of “Syari’ah” as a medium to attract customer loyalty in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The labeling of “Syari’ah” is used as a strategy by industry players by utilizing religion as a selling value to get attention from consumers. Religion is exploited, explored and used as a commodity by the community to take advantage. Kopotren Basmalah as the research site is present as one of the real applications of the pesantren Sidogiri which wants to become a boarding school capable of competing in the world of economy. Pesantren Sidogiri modifies the science of religion and economics to give birth to a sharia-based retail company. A phenomenon that develops in this business, religion is used as a media or tool to sell products from the business. This study uses a qualitative method with phenomenology. The results show that the public perception of the branding of “syari’ah” conducted by the Basmalah copontren namely; loyal oriented customer, performing image, santri entrepreneurship, a place for social piety and debating beliefs in the business of buying and selling.

HASAN BAHARUN, M. Pd Keterangan luar Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan setting penelitian di STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ; peningkatan mutu pendidikan di STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur dilakukan melalui; 1) kepemimpinan yang visioner, 2) analisis lingkungan internal dan eskternal dilakukan dengan SWOT analysis, 3) menjadikan mutu sebagai “Ruh” dalam setiap aktivitas organisasi dengan cara mengimplementasikan manajemen berbasis mutu, yang berorientasi pada ; a) Costumer Satisfaction, b) perbaikan berkelanjutan (continous improvement), c) keterlibatan penuh civitas akademika (involvement of people), d) continous improvement. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard, STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur berfokus pada empat perspektif, yaitu; perspektif finansial, perspektif costumer, perspektif internal dan perspektif pengembangan pengembangan dan pertumbuhan yang sangat efektif dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dari beberapa perspektif Balanced Scorecard yang diaplikasikan di STAIS Sangatta Kutai Timur, perspektif internal yang paling dominan terhadap efektivitas peningkatan mutu pendidikan, dilanjutkan dengan perspektif learning and growth, costumer dan finansial.
