The problem identified was the low level of students' English speaking skills at SMAN 1 Besuk. This can hinder their academic progress and preparation to face future global challenges. Other obstacles faced were students' limited access to technology and a lack of understanding of how to effectively use the Elsa Speak application. The proposed solution is to provide special assistance to students in using the Elsa Speak application. Assistance will be provided by English teachers and lecturers who are skilled in using learning technology. They will guide students in overcoming difficulties, measure their progress, and provide constructive feedback. Apart from that, training is also held for teachers to be able to integrate this application into the learning process effectively. With the right assistance, it is hoped that SMAN 1 Besuk students can improve their English-speaking skills with more confidence and proficiency. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this approach will open students' access to modern learning technology, increase interest in learning, and optimize the potential for learning English at the school. This activity is titled Fun English based on Outbound, which is a fun English learning activity using participatory and collaborative extension methods. This service activity is focused on speaking and writing skills, especially mastering vocabulary in simple sentences. This PKM is carried out for children who live at the Al-Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School. This pesantren is located in Suko Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. The participants who participated were from junior high school (SMP) education backgrounds. The achievement of the PKM results is an increase in the participants' ability to master English vocabulary (in the topic or material taught). Thus, participants will feel happy and not awkward when participating in all the fun English activities in this PKM

Melalui analisis wacana, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap karakteristik difusi inovasi yang diterapkan dalam novel Si Anak Kuat karya Tere Liye yang menyebabkan inovasi tersebut, dalam hal ini penggantian tanaman kopi yang sudah tua dengan tanaman kopi yang baru dan berkualitas, dapat diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat desa. Generally, interference often occurs in language learning process. The interference is caused by a tendency to accustom the pronunciation of one language to another. Its scope includes changes in sound form, grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary. Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school is one of the boarding schools that develops foreign language skills as an attempt to prepare young people to be able to compete in the global world. In fact, the language learners (santri) still often mix the structure of their first language into foreign languages to communicate. Therefore, this study aims to identify the grammatical interference in the foreign language communication of Nurul Jadid students, and what factors behind them. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the form of interference in Nurul Jadid students? communication is in the form of morphological and syntactical structure. Besides, these interferences are caused by several factors; they are learners? bilingualism, language loyalty, synonymy necessity and the learner?s habit in using first language. This research is expected to provide information to language teachers, so that they can find learning innovations that can improve the quality of foreign language skills of Nurul Jadid's students.
8	SYAIFUL ISLAM	Perspektif Siswa Tentang Proses Pengajaran Dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Di Mi Azzainiyah Ii	Karya Tulis	2021	Detail Penelitian Kolaborasi Hak Cipta Judul Perspektif Siswa Tentang Proses Pengajaran Dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Di Mi Azzainiyah Ii Jenis Karya Tulis Tahun 2021 Ketua Peneliti SYAIFUL ISLAM Pemegang Hak Cipta Sentra HKI Universitas Nurul Jadid Anggota Peneliti MUHAMMAD IMAMUDDIN AL-FAQIH AGIE SYAHRAEN Deskripsi Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris tidak hanya berlaku untuk sekolah menengah pertama atau atas, tetapi bisa dimulai dari sekolah dasar. Peserta didik usia dini haruslah belajar Bahasa Inggris lebih awal untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi era globalisasi. Ada empat rumusan masalah yang diteliti, yaitu tentang 1) kualifikasi guru Bahasa Inggris, 2)sikap siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris, 3) teknik yang digunakan, dan 4) media. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya terdiri dari seorang guru dan 26 siswa kelas lima (V) MI Azzainiyah II Paiton Probolinggo. Adapun instrumen pengumpulan data ada tiga, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Observasi dilakukan ketika kegiatan belajar mengajar sedang berlangsung. Setelah itu, wawancara terhadap guru dilaksanakan guna mendapat informasi terkait rumusan masalah. Kuesioner diberikan kepada siswa untuk mengetahui sikap siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris.<br>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kualifikasi guru Bahasa Inggris memiliki kualifikasi yang bagus, 2) sikap siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris sangat positif, 3) teknik yang digunakan bervariasi, diantaranya Listen-Do, Listen-Repeat, dan Tanya Jawab, dan 4) media yang digunakan berupa gambar-gambar dari berbagai sumber serta papan tulis.
9	MOHAMMAD SOFYAN ADI PRANATA	The Effectiveness Of Ice Breaking To Increase Students’ Motivation In Learning English	Karya Tulis	2021	Detail Penelitian Kolaborasi Hak Cipta Judul The Effectiveness Of Ice Breaking To Increase Students’ Motivation In Learning English Jenis Karya Tulis Tahun 2021 Ketua Peneliti MOHAMMAD SOFYAN ADI PRANATA Pemegang Hak Cipta Sentra HKI Universitas Nurul Jadid Anggota Peneliti RISKA AYU SUSANTI QOMARIATUL JANNAH Deskripsi This study was generally attempted to find the effect of ice breaking to increase students' motivation in English learning at the first grade of SMP Nurul Jadid. This research used pre-experimental design by using one shot case study pre-test and post-test. Before the treatment, the researcher gave the pre-test in one class. Moreover, the researcher taught English by using ice breaking in the experimental class. The last, the researcher conducted the post-test to know whether an ice breaking was effective for teaching English in experimental class. Based on the data analysis, the data t-test (2.77) was higher than t-table value (2.042). The result analyzing showed that there was significant difference on the students’ motivation taught by using ice breaker. The students’ mean score of the pre-test of the experiment class was 60. Then, in the post-test, the mean score of experiment class was 66.1. Therefore, hypothesis H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It concluded that ice breaking was effective in teaching English learning toward the students’ motivation for the first grade of SMP Nurul Jadid. Thus, this research make students be enjoy, be active, energize, feeling happiness, interactive in the classroom, stay in the class during learning process, and focus on the material.

The quality of human resources is certainly very relevant to students' interest in reading. Reading habits are not only related to the teaching and learning process, but also can shape the personality of an individual by living the reading results. The research aims to study the process of reading habits and reading preferences favored by students. The research method used was a descriptive survey involving 45 students of non-English students in Az-Zainiyah Nurul Jadid. In obtaining data to find out the problems faced by students in understanding English reading texts, a questionnaire was used relating to reading habits and reading preferences. The findings from this study are expected to be used as an evaluation material that reading skills also need to be introduced further to students so that they can use them in the reading process.

An analysis of the correlation between vocabulary mastery and students' speaking skills in English is needed. This is because vocabulary mastery is the main point for students to have good speaking skills. This study aims to determine the relationship between vocabulary mastery and speaking skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation study type. The sample in this study was 52 respondents in the second semester of the Department of English Education, the University of Nurul Jadid using the purposive sampling technique. TPA, sebenarnya, menghadapi limpahan. Desain yang cocok untuk manajemen limbah nol otonom perlu untuk diatasi. Melalui penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) desain, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan praktik pengelolaan limbah yang ada, dan mengusulkan desain yang sesuai untuk implementasi maagement limbah nol otonom di MA Nurul Jadid. Sebagai hasil penelitian, proposal tersebut mencakup desain yang sesuai mengenai institusi, operasi, partisipasi, peraturan, dan pendanaan.
