HASAN BAHARUN, M. Pd issn 2579-7964 Anggota Peneliti Abstrak This study aims to understand prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren. This study uses a phenomenological approach, where the researcher tries to understand the meaning behind the phenomenon through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources of this research were obtained from the information submitted by the informants, the results of observations and documents, and the results of the study of several theories taken from reputable scientific books and journals. The data analysis was carried out circularly, from data collection, data presentation, and data reduction to concluding. The results of the study indicate that prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren is carried out through; first, unfreezing, which consists of changing motivation, feeling towards change, preparation for change; second, moving, namely the movement towards something new or the latest developments; third, refreezing maintains the change results. This study concludes that Kyai's prophetic leadership in making learning effective in Islamic boarding schools in the perspective of Kurt Lewin's change management must be carried out in a planned, systematic and earnest manner concerning the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence, considering that change is intended to improve the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. The research has implications for the importance of leaders in responding to the dynamics of existing changes, both internal to the organization and external to the organization.

Pd issn 2541-5883 Anggota Peneliti Dr. HEFNIY Abstrak This study aims to describe the activities of assisting the preparation of Madrasah Self Evaluation (EDM) and Madrasah Work Plans (RKM) at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Lughah Wal Karomah, Kraksaan, Probolinggo, East Java. The mentoring strategy is carried out in stages, starting from Preliminary Mapping, Inculturation, Determining the Mentoring Agenda, Planning for Change, Action, Evaluation, and Reflection. The results of the mentoring show that; 1) there is a change in the Mindsight of the entire madrasa community. After the mentoring, their minds started to open up. The madrasa community has begun to realize the importance of planning design and management science implemented in madrasas to improve their institutions' quality. They have started to think about the survival of the madrasa amid competition between institutions and the complexity of community demands. 2) Capacity building of the Madrasah Community, which is shown by their skills in the preparation of EDM and RKM/RKAM, which is shown from the results of the madrasa community's performance in filling out EDM instruments and Madrasah Work Plans (RKM) and Madrasah Work Plans and Budgets (RKAM).

Abstrak This study aims to investigate an adaptive curriculum serving as a medium to build public trust at Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Tompokersan Lumajang, East Java. It is qualitative using phenomenological methods. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. They were analyzed through several steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of an adaptive curriculum was done by optimizing the role of school committees, developing excellent school, offering variations in extracurricular activities to motivate students, and providing counseling guidance programs. This research suggests the importance of innovation in delivering education to meet the social dynamics and global change.

The research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results showed that the role of foster guardians as technical assistance in improving the quality of student learning at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school was carried out through; 1) Learning Assistance which aims to understand the learning materials well. 2) Giving Motivation is a stage to arouse students' interest in learning so that they can develop students' knowledge skills at a minimum and can also provide motivation for themselves and their friends. 3) Upgrading Student Abilities through repeating the material that has been submitted. 4) The Nurul Jadid Motivation Institute (LMNJ) is a supporting institution in providing motivation with the aim of increasing the morality and awareness of the students in improving the quality of learning.

HASAN BAHARUN, M. Pd Abstrak Prasi is a rural village where most of the population is farmers. This village is indeed classified as fertile with abundant water, so it is not surprising that rice is the primary commodity that the Prasi village community relies. In addition to rice, local advantages in this village are from the plantation sector, namely areca nut plantations and catfish cultivation. The people of Prasi village grow rice and sell it in rice, plant betel nut and sell it in the form of areca nut, cultivate catfish and sell it in the form of catfish. There is no innovation to make their crops more valuable. Even if they want to innovate a little, their results will be excellent. The problem lies in the lack of knowledge about alternative management of existing resources and the lack of interest in entrepreneurship. With the empowerment program with KWT (Group Women Farmers) based on local advantages, it is hoped that the gap in economic problems can be overcome by making the community business actors. KWT itself is a group of women who are members of the former groups. The program emphasizes the importance of innovation in harvest management and creating a creative entrepreneurial community in managing crop yields to improve the welfare of residents. The program was carried out through several essential steps, such as increasing the interest of citizens in entrepreneurship through seminars, product manufacturing training, and marketing strategies carried out with KWT (Group of Women Farmers).

This study has applied a qualitative descriptive and phenomenological approach. The results reveal that a simulation of religious languages used by da’i in Tiktok application has created multiple interpretations, wherein media users are invited to think critically in digesting chapter by chapter of the provided discussions, and some even lead to apostasy. Therefore, this article argues that religious language practiced in social media should meet the religious propagation ethics.

This is because the existence of human rights is always attached to every human being. Besides that, guarantee and protection of human rights is also one of the benchmarks for the nation and state progress. The presence of this research is also inseparable from the efforts to answer various problems of human rights enforcement in Indonesia, which have so far been considered badly by Human Rights Watch (HRW) in the 2020 word report, especially for vulnerable groups. Therefore, this research not only presents a detailed description of the theoretical aspects of human rights itself but also describes in detail the important instruments for human rights enforcement, various problems in enforcing human rights in Indonesia, as well as some important solutions that needs to be implemented immediately in the practice of human rights enforcement so that the manifestation of substantive truth and justice is truly felt by all levels of Indonesian society.

MALTHUF SIROJ issn 2502-6593 Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Cases of domestic violence often occur in society and has become a very complex social problem. From year to year this case rapidly growing both quantitatively and qualitatively. Because of that, Act No. 23 of 2004 comes to resolving the cases of domestic violence , in addition to other laws related. Domestic violence includes any act that causes misery and suffering due mainly to women's physical, psychological, sexual or neglect of household. But according to Islamic law, wife beating because of nusyuz or children who were aged 10 years and still leave the obligatory prayers is not included in the category of domestic violence because this kind of action aimed educative. The domestic violence according to the school of Bio-sociological (school of Convergence) occurs due to internal factors (innate character, psychological) and external factors (environmental sociological) that encourage acts of violence. According to Islam, a violent action is mainly due to the weakness of the practice of religious values in family life, because in principle the humankinds were born early in a state of purity and after that their personality is determined by the mode of education and the dynamics of the environment surrounding them. To cope with domestic violence do efforts pre-emptive, preventive and repressive. The repressive effort was the last attempt to do after other efforts did not succeed. According to Islamic law when there has been a sign of disharmony (syiqaq) between the spouses, the settlement must be internally first by involving two mediators (hakamain) of each family of husband and wife. If this kind of settlement efforts are not successful then the solution that can be taken is talaq (divorce) to avoid more fatal consequences. For the perpetrators of domestic violence Act No. 23 of 2004 provides a penalty of imprisonment or fines and additional penalty, while according to Islamic law, these violent acts, including category jarimah qisas-diyat or ta'zir depending on mode of action and the consequences thereof

In the school principal’s self-identity is attached to the appreciation of values that become the core beliefs and core values of the principal. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. Thus, this study seeks to explore the phenomenon of identity formation or forms of identity in the perspective of transpersonal psychology. The results of this study indicate that the formation of principals-based principals' self-identity is carried out in the form of self-understanding, parenting style and role models. Whereas the principal's identity pattern based on Pesantren in the perspective of transpersonal psychology at pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid is in the form of spiritual awareness and ability to manage the ego (trans-ego). MALTHUF SIROJ issn 2460-1063 Anggota Peneliti Abstrak Every law has its own features and characteristics that reflect its identity and essence, Islamic law is no exception. One of the peculiarities of Islamic law is that it is rabbani (not man-made), comprehensive, easy, realistic, there is no legal imposition beyond human capability, and it's moderate. The characteristics of Islamic law in addition to showing the value of compassion (mercy), also makes the Sharia brought by the Prophet Muhammad always survives and relevant in every place, time and circumstance. Al-Qur'an and Hadith as two main sources of Islamic teachings explain a lot, both explicitly and implicitly, about the principle of ease in law. This is a form of Islamic attention to the situations and conditions experienced by humans that are relatively different in relation to the practice of Islamic teachings. From the two sources of the Shari'a the scholars formulated a number of rules which substantively contained the spirit of ease in law. So that even in difficult and narrow conditions, Islam guarantees its adherents not to come out of the Shari'a frame with an alternative dispensation called rukhshah.
