The Koran is ijmali (global) so it needs a more detailed explanation. The first person to interpret the Koran was the Prophet Muhammad. After the death of the Prophet, this authority was continued by his friends, tabi'in, and mufassir-mufassir after him. Interpretation of the Qur'an involves human intervention, in the sense that interpretation cannot be separated from the interests and tendencies of individuals or groups. The emergence of various kinds of tafsir books with various methods and styles is proof that efforts to interpret the Qur'an never stop. Among the tafsir that has helped enrich the treasures of Islamic knowledge is the tafsir Mujaz by Roem Rowi. This article aims to find out the systematics, methods and styles of Mujaz interpretation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely data that is descriptive, unstructured and in the form of words and is comprehensive, broad and in depth. The data collection technique is library research, by collecting study material from several literatures related to the study material being discussed. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is carried out using the content analysis method (text analysis). The results of the research show that the systematics of writing the Mujaz interpretation book are orderly verses, there is an explanation of the verse before interpreting the letter, there are thematic verses, munasabah verses, asbabun nuzul and there is ibrah. These fatwas invite many responses in academic circles written in reputable journal articles. With a qualitative research paradigm and using Hans Robert Jauss text reception theory, this research concludes that; this study found four typologies of the MUI Fatwa monograph on Covid-19 during 2020-2021; namely (1) Monograph Typology, which discusses the Role of Fatwa (6 titles); (2) Discussing aspects of contact with other scientific disciplines, such as Maqāṣid,; (3) Unraveling the 'tangled thread' conflicting interpretations of the fatwa; (4) an article that measures the level of obedience of the Indonesian Muslim community to the MUI fatwa. Of the existing articles, 13 were built with justification based on the text, 5 articles were built with apologetic reasoning, and 3 used critical reasoning. From this conclusion, this study confirms that the academic response to the MUI Fatwa on Covid-19 also experienced Fragmentation, Resistance, and Appreciation.

On the one hand, ishāri was considered to have a positive impact on the interpretation of the al-Qur’an and on the other hand, it was considered a deviant kind of interpretation from al-maqās}id alshar’iyyah or even contrary to the al-Qur’an and hadīth as the main source in interpreting the al-Qur’an. Therefore, scholars make provisions, criteria, and requirement in interpretation. The mufassir classifies what is considered the main (al-as}īl) or basis in an interpretation, and which is considered as abuses (al-dakhīl) in an interpretation. From this academic problem, the discipline of al-as}īl wa aldakhīl fi al-tafsīr was emergent. This research aims to aim to discovere out meeting point the ishāri interpretation, whether it is true or worthy of being considered as aldakhīl in interpretation or is it necessary to reconstruct the definition, type, or division in the knowledge of al-as}īl and al-dakhīl? This study uses the content analysis method so that discussions and conclusions can be traced so that it can produce a neat and orderly conclusion, which in turn results in a conclusion that the ishārī interpretation will be considered and categorized as al-as}īl if it meets several conditions: a) the interpretation does not contradict the meaning of z}ahir the end of the verse, b) the interpretation must not contradict reason and sharī'ah, and c) between the interpretation and the interpretation interpreted there is a relationship and correlation

BASID, M.Th.I. issn 2548-4737 Anggota Peneliti Abstrak The main problem of humans in the process of meeting their needs lies in their ability to improve a better standard of living. This problem is more rooted in human consciousness to encourage themselves to be more productive in living life. In the context of Islamic societies, the most effective way of encouraging them to improve their standard of living is by using religious argumentations, particularly the Qur'an. The Qur'an contains a set of rules that explain how a person can enhance his quality of life. By using the al-Farmawi thematic method and the hermeneutics of liberation, this study revealed that an improvement in work ethic is needed to improve a better standard of living. The enhancement of work ethic can be actualized when humans realize their self essences and the essence of God's creation. To gain the self essence is by raising awareness that God, through his generosity, has given each person livelihood since the beginning of creation. Humans' assignment is only to obtain the livelihood in the right ways. This belief makes them not to be ambitious in working while their self essences can awaken humans to be always proportional in their work and can understand the given rules. The basis of theological liberation in the Qur'an does not only take place in one broad social community but also in every individual through awareness of the meaning of various symbols given by God. This then can lead people to a more decent level of life applied to work productivity

Khitan from prophet Ibrahim in the past also get circumcision althought his age is 80 years old. Khitan (circumsion) for girl known by the term female genital cutting and female circumsion. Practically, female genital is done by cutting of all clitoris then saw it until remain a little hole. Where this practice model is used many times at the Pharaoh's time in ancient Egypt as an effort oppression of women and decrease sexual libido. In this case, circumsion for girl will be explained at hadits that was narated by Abu Dawud.

This study deals to discuss systematic, forms, methods, style and ideology that contained in the script of tafsi>r bi al-imla>’ surat al-Baqarah. Having studied manuscript of tafsi>r bi al-Imla>’, it can be identified that: commentaries (tafsi>r) of Kyai Zaini used tartib muṣh}afi>’s systematic presentation, ra'yi>’s form, tah}li>li>’s method, adabi> ijtima'i>’s style and Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah’s ideology. In addition, this study also found that the interpretation bi al-imla>’ many affected by tafsi>r al-Mara>ghi> of Shaikh al-Mara>ghi> and al-Mana>r by Shaikh Muhammad Abduh and Rasyid Rida, in the form of ideas and writing formats. Nevertheless, in some interpretation on certain verses, Kyai Zaini’s interpretation is partly different from the two interpretation above, and it becomes its own peculiarities of the intellectual work of islamic boarding school.

ZAYYADI, M.A. issn 2089-9165 Anggota Peneliti Abstrak This paper used the method of librarian research and aims to reveal the companions of his history: the study of personal qualities and intellectual capacities (dlabit-an and 'Adalat al-Shahabah) In the hadith, it is explained about the urgency of friends in relation to the series transmission of hadith. Which, friends have an important role in the effort to transfer the religious information in the next period, so it can be said, without friends, the religious information will not reach the next period, even today. In this study concluded that there are two great views in the transmission of hadith. The first assumes that companions have a very qualified personal qualities that can not be doubted by anything. While the second, the classification and clarifying level of personal quality of friends affected by many factors. The quality of the traditions narrated by the Companions is not merely a matter of personal quality ('just), but the personal capacity (dhabith) of a transmitter becomes something very urgent for the implementation of a true and responsible doctrine.
