To answer these problems, field research and descriptive qualitative approaches were used, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of word of mouth marketing communication strategies to micro, small and medium enterprises Binggo Screen Printing Pajarakan Probolinggo is quite good, by implementing two types of word of mouth strategies namely organic word of mouth and amplified word of mouth. The results of implementing the word of mouth communication strategy also have a good impact on revenue from Binggo Screen Printing due to the increasing number of new consumers after the implementation of word of mouth as a marketing communication strategy.

The method used in this service is carried out by coaching and at the end of the implementation of zakat calculation exercises for 4 (four) meetings. The time for carrying out this community service is the odd semester of 2022/2023 during December-March 2023. The community service activities are on the terrace of the Rofiatul Islam jami mosque. The results of this service explained that with guidance in calculating zakat funds in accordance with Islamic law, Rofiatul Islam students in Sentong Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency could absorb them well. The contribution from the implementation of these community service activities makes the management of zakat funds professional and able to manage zakat funds properly.

Only when people realize the phenomenon of stagnation of traditional fiqh can ushul fiqh be renewed. This awareness can only be built if people realize the need for reform of religious thought and practice it on a large scale. Many scholars propose a reconstruction of ushul fiqh, intending to show that religion can be used to solve everyday problems. Sheikh Ali Jum'ah, Izzudin Ibn Abdus Salam, and Ibn Ashur were prominent figures. Brilliant ideas and practical solutions seem to have entered the paradigm of Indonesian Islamic thought, especially the paradigm of ushul fiqh reform, which is still stagnant. Another weakness of fiqh and ushul fiqh is that there is no dynamic relationship between them and the social sciences, thus losing their relevance to the needs of the people. The mufti of Egypt, Sheikh Ali Jum'ah, also had the same view regarding the reformulation of Usul fiqh produced by previous scholars. So that Usul fiqh can be more developed and adaptive to new problems. Sheikh Ali Jum'ah's tajdid offer, namely: Restoring the old study form of ushul fiqh with an updated structure; Returning several views on several issues and using new opinions on existing problems, as well as reusing aqli in discussing these problems; Returning some views on the application of the rules to this science and in this application sticking to other views; Restoring this scientific structure by the novelty of the illat, and make this renewal according to the character of ushul fiqh according to their respective streams.

Abstrak This article examines the validity of the settlement of insurance claims through ex-gratia. Settlement of insurance claims through non-litigation, namely by negotiation, mediation through the Indonesian Insurance Mediation and Arbitration Agency (BMAI), Adjudication and Arbitration. However, recently, many insurance companies have begun to settle claims using ex gratia agreements. In Law Number 40 of 214 concerning Insurance there is no article that describes ex gratia as one of the settlements of the insurance agreement settlement. Likewise, in Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, there are no clear provisions. For this reason, through this research, the legal validity of the use of ex gratia will be disclosed and analyzed as a vehicle for the settlement of insurance agreements.

The type of data used consists of two, primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained in the field, this study obtained three important findings namely, the first, the growth of Islamic religion and culture does not eliminate local culture. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengantisipasi bertambahnya kekerasan seksual terhadap anak, Pemerintah mengeluarkan Perpu No 1 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas Undang-undang No 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. Perpu No 1 ini kemudian disahkan menjadi Undang-undang Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang penetapan Perpu No 1 Tahun 2016. Perpu tersebut mengatur tentang pemberatan terhadap hukuman pelaku kejahatan seksual, khususnya terhadap anak. Esensi Perpu tersebut mengatur tentang adanya pidana dan tindakan. Tindakan yang dimaksud dalam Perpu tersebut berupa pelaksanaan kebiri kimia disertai dengan rehabilitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis kebijakan hukum pidana sanksikebiri kimia terhadap pelaku kekerasan seksual kepada anak dalam Perspektif HAM.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan serta pendekatan analisis konsep. Pelaksanaan kebiri kimia dianggap merupakan pelanggaran HAM. Penjatuhan hukuman melalui pengebirian dapat dikualifikasi sebagai penghukuman keji dan tidak manusiawi serta tidak sesuai dengan konstitusi dan komitmen Indonesia dalam bidang hak asasi manusia. Ketentuan pasal 28G ayat (2) konstitusi indonesia menyatakan bahwa “setiap orang berhak untuk bebas dari penyiksaan dan perlakuan yang merendahkan derajat martabat manusia”. Pelaksanaan hukum kebiri kimia hanya berorientasi pada pembalasan yang bisa membuat pelaku kehilangan kepercayaan diri untuk berkumpul kembali dengan masyarakat. Hukum kebiri kimia tidak sejalan dengan tujuan dari hukum pidana yaitu adanya pemeliharaan solidaritas masyarakat.
